Grover Beachis an incorporated city in San Luis Obispo County, California, USA. The 2000 census population was 13,067. It is one of the five original cities in the Five Cities area. After a 1992 popular vote, the name was officially changed from City of Grover City to Grover Beach to emphasize its seaside location.
